Union Square Marketplace is located at the heart of Union City, CA, a rapidly growing destination for tech innovation and in the heart of the city plan. The shopping center was built in 1989, and houses  50 tenants, ranging from national brands like Safeway, Rite-Aid, Chase Bank, and Starbucks, to locally-owned mom-and-pop restaurants and services. USM is located on the northeast corner of Alvarado-Niles and Decoto Road, one of the busiest intersections in Union City, and steps away from the Union City BART station. Newpark Plaza Shopping Center is in the city of Newark, California. It is located at Newpark Mall Road., a highly visible prime retail site next to Newpark Mall, a regional shopping center.
